Integrative Medicine
Mental Health Consultations
Why this offering exists
Modern mental health care is great at managing symptoms—but not always at addressing what’s driving them.
As a Certified Integrative Medicine Mental Health Provider (CIMMHP), I bridge clinical insight with holistic wisdom to look at the whole system, not just the diagnosis. These consultations are for people who’ve tried conventional therapy or coaching and sensed something was missing—who want a more comprehensive, science-informed approach that explores the root causes of emotional, cognitive, or energetic imbalance.
Who This Is For
This work is for people who feel like they've tried everything — therapy, supplements, mindset hacks — and still sense there’s a missing piece.
You might:
Live with chronic anxiety, disability, depression, burnout, or mood swings that don’t fully respond to conventional care.
Have a hunch that something deeper is at play — gut-brain imbalance, hormones, nervous system dysregulation, stealth infections, mold, parasites, toxins — and you're done being told “your labs are fine” when you know something’s off.
Be curious about nutritional psychiatry, neuroplasticity practices, or metabolic support — but want to weave those together with soul-level work, not instead of it.
Be a fellow practitioner or coach who wants clinical-grade insight paired with grounded human-to-human collaboration.
This is not emergency or crisis care. It’s for people who are ready to slow down, zoom out, connect the dots, and finally work with their body and mind — not against them.
What You’ll Receive
1. 90-Minute Integrative Assessment & Strategy Session
We’ll take a full-spectrum look at your mental, physical, and spiritual health story. This isn’t a quick intake — it’s a collaborative investigation into what your system has been trying to tell you. Depending on your needs, we may explore things like:
Lab work (current or recommended)
Nervous system patterns through a polyvagal lens
Lifestyle, diet, and environmental exposures (mold, metals, infections, etc.)
Soul or identity-level blockages using depth psychology and archetypal inquiry
Personalized Integration Plan
After our session, I’ll condense everything into a clear written roadmap that may include:
Nutrition and supplementation recommendations (including timing/dosage if relevant)
Nervous system retraining practices you can actually stick with
Somatic or mindfulness tools based on your capacity — not generic prescriptions
Suggestions for further testing (hormones, microbiome, etc.), if appropriate
Thoughtful prompts or questions to bring to your current providers
A short list of trusted referrals and resources — studies, books, or podcasts handpicked for you, not a random link dump
2. Follow-Up Sessions (45–60 Minutes)
These sessions are where we refine and deepen the work. Depending on what’s unfolding, we may:
Check in on progress — What’s shifting? What’s landing? What’s still sticky?
Adjust protocols so they’re realistic and sustainable — not perfectionist or all-or-nothing.
Review advanced testing (bloodwork, DUTCH, OAT, RealTime Labs, Igenex, etc.) in plain language you can actually understand.
Integrate the deeper layers — connecting physiological changes with meaning-making, shadow work, mythic/archetypal themes, or dream material if that's your jam.
What Sets My Work Apart
I’m not interested in quick fixes or surface-level symptom management.
I’ve been in this field for over 20 years as a licensed therapist (VT LCMHC) and Certified Integrative Medicine Mental Health Provider. My background spans functional psychiatry, gut-brain therapies, hormone and nervous system support, metabolic health, TBI recovery, neurodivergence, and chronic illness — not because it looks good on paper, but because people are complex, and healing rarely fits in one box.
I look for patterns most providers miss. If your anxiety started after mold exposure, antibiotics, birth control, a concussion, or mercury fillings… I’m paying attention. Your body tells a story, and I take it seriously.
My approach is both clinical and deeply human. Some sessions involve lab work and supplement protocols. Others involve grief, identity, or why you’ve never felt truly safe in your own body. Both matter.
I’ve lived through my own health unraveling — traumatic brain injuries, disabling environmental toxicity, burnout, all of it. So I don’t talk at people from a pedestal. I walk with them.
