specialities & Who I Work With
“Self-knowledge is the beginning of wisdom, which is the ending of fear.”
Therapeutic Fit Matters
I work best with clients who are ready to go deep—not just to feel better, but to understand and grow through what they’re feeling. My approach is relational, soulful, trauma-informed, and often direct. I offer warm, clear, and attuned presence, and I ask for active engagement and accountability in return.
I may not be the right provider for everyone—and that’s intentional. If you're exploring whether we’re a good fit, this page will help clarify what I offer and what I don’t.
My Ideal Clients Are
I specialize in working with:
High-functioning adults and young adults navigating life transitions, inner crises, or creative blocks
“Old souls,” deep thinkers, and spiritually inclined seekers—regardless of religious background
Highly sensitive people, creatives, empaths, neurodivergent folks, and those with ADHD
Leaders, high performers, entrepreneurs, healers, and changemakers who want to turn pain into purpose
Those interested in Jungian and soul-centered therapy, symbolization, and meaning-making
Clients motivated to do deep work who understand that growth may be nonlinear and at times uncomfortable
People looking to create value from their suffering and live in deeper alignment with their purpose
I also support individuals living with:
Anxiety, depression, and mood disorders
Grief, loss, existential despair, and Dark Nights of the Soul
Chronic illness, medical trauma, and disability
Identity development, life purpose questions, and vocational discernment
Spiritual emergence or crisis, including mystical experiences, energy shifts, or expanded states of consciousness
Relationship challenges, including co-dependency, boundaries, and couples work
The Work We Might Do Together
Trauma-informed, body-mind-spirit approaches
Brain retraining + nervous system regulation (DNRS-informed but not affiliated)
Meditation, mindfulness, and heart coherence practices
Symbolic processing and dreamwork
Support through the “messy middle” of transformation
Life design rooted in purpose, creativity, and legacy
What I Don’t Offer (and Why)
To honor the scope of my practice and the quality of care I offer, I do not work with:
Clients with active substance use disorders, eating disorders, or other addictive behaviors requiring structured or specialized care
Individuals with active self-harm or active suicidality with intent to harm themselves or others
Those currently in need of crisis stabilization, inpatient care, or intensive wraparound services (such as those with recent residential treatment histories)
If you're experiencing suicidal ideation or despair related to a dark night of the soul, you're welcome here. But if you're in a current state of risk, you deserve a higher level of support than I can provide. I am always happy to offer referrals or help you find a provider better suited to those needs.
My Approach
Healing can be gritty, nonlinear, and uncomfortable. But it can also be rich, soulful, symbolic, and even joyful. My style blends Jungian, Buddhist, and integrative medicine frameworks with clear, compassionate guidance.
I’m not a blank slate therapist. I bring my humanity, insight, and lived experience into the room. I’ll reflect honestly, offer frameworks for meaning-making, and hold space for your process with both structure and softness.
I believe that everything you’ve been through can be transformed into value—a Buddhist principle that guides both my personal and professional life. Whether you're facing illness, loss, stagnation, grief, or transition, we’ll explore how to transmute it into insight, wisdom, and renewed capacity.
If This Resonates...
If you're ready for engaged, soulful, transformative work—and this feels like the right fit—I’d love to hear from you.
