Common Questions
What Happens After I Submit the Exploring Fit Form?
How long will it take to hear back?
If I feel there may be a strong mutual fit for working together, I will reach out directly within 5–7 business days via email to set up our clarity call.
Will I hear back no matter what?
Due to the volume of inquiries I receive, I’m not able to respond to every submission. If you do not hear from me, please know I’m wishing you well in finding the right support for your journey.
Does submitting this form mean we will work together?
Not necessarily. This form is a first step in discerning whether my approach and current capacity align with what you’re seeking. The next step would be a clarity call together.
Is this therapy or a crisis intake form?
No. This form is for prospective psychotherapy, coaching, or educational consultation inquiries only. I am not offering crisis stabilization or emergency services through this form.
If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicidal ideation, or are in immediate danger, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.
Can I use this form for educational consultations or “Ask Me Anything” sessions?
Yes — please indicate the type of work you’re interested in within the form so I can consider whether it’s a good fit.
What if I have a simple administrative question?
For brief, non-clinical questions (such as scheduling logistics or office details), you may use the general contact form on my contact page.
